This Haiti based foundation (HiHHF) was formed to be Hand in Hand for Haiti's local acting entity to operate the school. The members are:

Maitre Jean-Frederic Sales, a prominent Haitian lawyer and Vice President of HiHHF
Mr. Peter Frisch, HiHHF President and co-owner of Maison Henri-Deschampts, a printing and publishing Company that is Haiti's leading schoolbook supplier
Olivier Bottrie, Secretary of HiHHF
Ed Brennan, Treasurer of HiHHF

We are working with our appointed Port-au-Prince based architects, Architecture and Design (AD) and excellent on-site Project Managers, Altus Page Kirkland (APK) to design and build the school.

Mr. Pierre-Marie Guinet, has been appointed the school director for the complex. Mr. Guinet hails from France where he spent most of the latter years of his career until his voluntary retirement at the end of June 2010. He will bring with him over thirty years of experience as a teacher and as a school director in France, Canada, and Morocco.
